As autumn turns to winter and the days grow shorter, the Havelland invites you to slow down and savor. At Landgut Stober, we celebrate this season with a festive St. Martin’s Feast Menu at Restaurant Seeterrassen, available from November 13 to December 21 2025.

A Menu Full of Winter Flavors

Our kitchen team has created a seasonal menu combining tradition with refined flavors:

• Chestnut soup with crispy chestnut topping
• Goose breast and leg, crispy outside and tender inside, served with red cabbage, potato dumplings, and orange jus
• Gingerbread mousse, light and fluffy, with the taste of winter in every bite

This menu is available exclusively as a set, at €44.50 per person.
