The restaurant takes its name from what is undoubtedly the most beautiful lakeside terrace in the Havelland region. The sensitively restored former poultry house is the perfect place to enjoy and relax, located directly beside a historic park and an idyllic lake. Alongside 30 conference rooms and 300 hotel rooms, the Seeterrassen restaurant is part of the Landgut Stober building ensemble, which, as a heritage site of the Borsig family, was meticulously, authentically and lovingly rebuilt and restored after having once stood in a largely ruinous state.

Our kitchen team focuses on seasonal dishes of high quality. Everything is prepared fresh – without flavor enhancers or powders.

We place great importance on maintaining an open, transparent supply chain and involve our suppliers as reliable partners at every step, allowing our guests to trace exactly where the high-quality ingredients on their plates come from. Only those who treat their animals and crops with the same level of care and respect that we do may supply us.
