Easter marks the beginning of spring. The Havelland countryside turns green, the days grow longer – and at Restaurant Seeterrassen at Landgut Stober, the season finds its way into the kitchen.

From Good Friday through Easter Sunday, we serve a carefully composed three-course menu that highlights seasonality, craftsmanship, and fresh ingredients.

 
 

Our Classic Easter Menu

The menu begins with a celery and apple soup, finished with parsley oil and crispy celery chips – delicate, aromatic and refreshingly light.

For the main course, enjoy rack of lamb with green asparagus and potato soufflé. Tenderly cooked meat, vibrant spring vegetables and a classic accompaniment come together in a harmonious Easter dish.

To finish, rhubarb tiramisu with berries offers a light and fruity conclusion to the meal.

 
 

The Vegan Easter Menu

Our plant-based menu reflects the same seasonal philosophy:

Following the celery and apple soup, we serve a savoy cabbage roulade on lentil ragout with vegetable chips. Hearty, balanced and full of character.

For dessert, rhubarb crumble with vanilla ice cream and berries provides a warm and comforting finale with fresh spring notes.
