Salon Annelise is ideal for small conferences, seminars or workshops. A waxed industrial concrete floor, an open wood and glass construction with historical mechanics give the room a particularly inspiring atmosphere. A permanently installed projector with USB interface and a permanently installed screen ensure a smooth, quick start to work. Salon Annelise is located next to the Salons Margret and Lilli on the first floor of the granary.
Annelise Harmsen née von Borsig (1902-1987) stood by her father Ernst August Paul von Borsig and the brothers "Tet Arnold" Karl Albert Arnold (born 1899) engineer and photographer, Margret (born 1900) and Ernst von Borsig Jr. (born 1906) Farmer and economist, particularly close. She knew the inner workings of the company early on and acquired theoretical knowledge of metallurgy at the Technical University of Berlin. Her main focus was on the social concerns of the employees. Her subsequent work as a social worker took her to the mining and glass industries. Married Hans Ludwig Friedrich Harmsen (b.1899) German social hygienist & population scientist, had four children with him. She lived out her inherited passion on her mother's side "Gretel" Margarethe von Borsig née Gründler, the love for natural flora.
